Patient Engagement the Podium Way!

But wait, that is not all! Podium now offers a secure portal for texts AND video chat! All you do is send a secure link and just like that, you can have a video chat with your patients that is HIPAA compliant. You can now offer teledentistry consults to your patients.

Of course, Podium still has its robust patient review feature. It’s what made Podium so successful in the first place and they are good at it! With an easy-to-use review request, patients can submit a review from their phone. Then that is where Podium gets to work and gets those reviews showing up on Google reviews quickly.
