Korey Korfiatis is the CEO of Legwork. Legwork has used recent funding to improve product development in hopes of becoming the one-stop shop for patient interaction services. They serve over 30 synchers or other services, so the support of those services alone uses a lot of manpower in addition to needing teams of product developers. He reveals the exciting new features coming that will allow for single-source patient engagement.
Legwork 2.0 is aimed to be a seamless framework using widgets or the Legwork dashboard
Some of the flagship features of their “flywheel model” are to attract and engage, remind, and growth
Their software widgets offer online appointment booking which will have writebacks to your system
The patient portal allows patients to check and make appointments, payments, and billing, as well as access patient forms
The entire forms module is drag and drop simplified form creation; you don’t need to know coding or deal with editing PDFs
Treatment plan searches will be able to be narrowed to make not only a report but a narrowed marketing campaign to connect with those patients, and treatment consent forms are coming soon
Online bill pay is another new option if you use Apex payment systems
Review requests are a new feature that has been updated to allow you to write and update review in the system as well as see how many requests are converting
Their newest feature is proprietary teledentistry which is fully HIPPA compliant with 2-factor authenticity; the patient has both Android and iOS options, two-way text, photo and note options for the doctor and a great new revenue stream option
The enterprise dashboard allows for all of your practice metrics for quick views at a single or multi-practice level
Legwork 2.0, 30 days no pay, free website, and $299/month for all features. That’s a yearly savings of $5000.
The features will be live by the end of the year.
